I WAS REJECTED!

"Why can't they see in me what I see in myself?"
"Why can't I get that loan to start my business?"
"How could they tell me no"?
"Why didn't I get into that university"?
"Will I ever get married?"
"I've worked all my life for this, only to hear NO...UGH"

Have you ever had moments with these type of questions?  You applied, asked for, competed, studied and the final answer was REJECTION!

You believe you possessed the ability to achieve your goal, but someone comes along and tells you NO.  It can start you down a journey of losing confidence in yourself.  You think, "maybe I'm not that good" simply because you were rejected.

Rejection is a natural part of life.  We don't always receive what we dream or prepare for. But that doesn't mean that denial is the end of the story.  Sometimes we have to put in a bit more work, try again or patiently find another path.  Don't give up!  In the midst of trying to understand WHY, you can become exhausted.  In a quest to seek an answer of WHY they said no, doesn't change the fact that no was their final answer. Don't give up!

In moments of doubt LEAN into God.  Don't give up! Just ask Him, in fact he tells us in James 1:5 - "Now if any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives to all generously and without criticizing, and it will be given to him."

Sometimes the doors of rejection lead us right into the doors of opportunity.  Don't be afraid to fail or hear the word NO.  Don't give up! Through every painful process you gain strength.  Be relentless to follow the path your Creator predestined you to have.  Don't give up! Even if your level of investment has been high, He might want you to switch and humbly follow Him to your next endeavor.

Rejection can be the catalyst that leads us right into the arms of our Savior.  Don't give up! My sister posted on Facebook a profound quote -

Things aren't falling apart, they're falling into place. Stay encouraged and trust the process!

At the end of it all the one who said NO might be there very person cheering for you across the finish line. Oh yeah, did I forget to say - Don't Give Up! (Posted by Roslyn)
